Deep research
Each account and contact is researched across multiple sources rather than pulled from a single database, then cross-checked.
We agree on the qualification standard before research starts, then review each record against it.
Whether the brief is for real estate, manufacturing, or B2B prospect leads, quality starts with clear criteria. We define what counts as a fit, what evidence is available, and where human judgment is required.
Research stack
Three layers work together on every brief, and none of them replaces human judgment. The final decision on every record is made by our research team, using the steps below.
Each account and contact is researched across multiple sources rather than pulled from a single database, then cross-checked.
AI-assisted analysis reads fit and buying signals at scale, surfacing candidates that match the brief.
Professional research, enrichment, and verification tools speed up finding and checking records.
Tools give the research reach; people give it judgment. You get coverage at scale without handing your pipeline to an algorithm.
Process
We start with the business decision the research should support. That may be finding prospective property buyers or sellers, identifying companies that need a manufacturing solution, or building a B2B account list. This gives the work a clear target.
Terms such as “interested buyer,” “qualified manufacturer,” or “decision-maker” mean different things to different teams. We translate them into criteria that can be researched and reviewed. Where a criterion cannot be observed directly, it is marked as an inference rather than presented as a fact.
Contact accuracy has limited value when the underlying company is a poor fit. Account-level research is therefore completed before or alongside contact discovery. This reduces the chance of delivering correct details for irrelevant organizations.
Job titles alone can be misleading. We assess the likely relationship between a role and the offer, then identify the people whose responsibilities most closely match the brief. When the buying group involves several functions, the delivery can distinguish economic buyers, operational owners, technical evaluators, and other relevant stakeholders.
Every delivered record is reviewed against the agreed specification. The fields, sources, and validation rules depend on the engagement, but the principle remains the same: our research team checks whether the evidence supports inclusion. Ambiguous records should be flagged or excluded rather than silently treated as qualified.
Delivery fields are agreed at the start so the output can enter the client's workflow without unnecessary reformatting. A useful delivery may include account attributes, contact role, source context, verification notes, and the date of review in addition to core contact fields.
Sales feedback is used to refine the criteria, not merely to defend the original list. Patterns in accepted, rejected, and converted accounts can reveal where the ICP is too broad, where a title is a weak proxy for authority, or where an additional signal would improve later research.
Responsibility
Research and delivery should be scoped to legitimate business purposes and handled in accordance with the client's obligations, applicable law, and the agreed data-processing requirements. Outreach practices should be reviewed for each market.
Bring us your current brief, even if it is incomplete. We will start with the questions that determine fit.
